Welcome to Ardan! This is an agreement between you and O'Donnell Systems. Our goal is to provide powerful tools and be transparent about how we operate. By using our service ("the Service"), you're agreeing to these terms.

1. Your Account & Responsibilities

To use Ardan, you'll need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your password secure.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You Own Your Content:

Let's be perfectly clear: You retain all intellectual property rights to the project plans, deliverables, and all other content you create in Ardan ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership over your work.

The License You Grant Us:

To operate the service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content. We need these rights solely to do things like show your projects to you, back them up, and run the features of the application.

Our AI Promise:

We will not use Your Content to train our global, shared AI models. The AI's "learning" about your project happens within a secure instance unique to your account. Your proprietary information remains yours. The only way we might use anonymized data is to improve the service in aggregate (e.g., identifying which features are most popular), never to expose your specific content.

Our Intellectual Property:

We retain all rights to the Ardan application itself—the code, the brand, the design, and our underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, or resell our service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms. This includes:

• Transmitting any harmful or malicious code.

• Interfering with or disrupting our servers.

• Scraping or conducting automated data collection without our permission.

• Impersonating any person or entity.

4. A Note on AI-Generated Content

Ardan uses artificial intelligence to generate plans, suggestions, and other content. We work hard to ensure this content is accurate and helpful, but AI is a rapidly developing field and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment. All subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated to you before you commit to a purchase.

6. Termination

By You:

You are free to stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

By Us:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you are in material breach of these Terms. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you beforehand.
